Pilates
The Pilates method is known as well as a physical activity, as a method of injurie prevention and recovery. Through an individualized approach, you will relearn how to move your body safely with more harmonious and efficient movements.
Pilates mainly works on strengthening deep muscles, but it can also improve flexibility, joint mobility, proprioception and balance.

Low Pressure Fitness
Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a postural and respiratory training program inspired by the hypopressive technique. It combines myofascial stretching, postural and respiratory rehabilitation and dynamic neural mobilization.
Hypopressive exercises work to regulate internal pressure in the chest, abdominal, and pelvic cavities. The results are improved abdominal tone, reduced abdominal circumference, faster postpartum recovery, improved athletic performance, and prevention and treatment of back pain.

Stretching, mobilizations
and self-massage
The loss of flexibility can be related to several factors such as muscle shortening, decreased joint mobility, and muscle fascia tension.
With this new approach, I suggest you to work on these three components in a single class to improve your muscle and joint flexibility.
We will start this class with a self-massages to release tensions from specific areas. Then, we work on joint mobility to improve your range of movement to finally stretch the muscles and develop your flexibility.
